A CIPS-qualified professional and recognised expert in public procurement, Nathan has advised the Department for Education and served on the Government’s taskforce for Sustainable Procurement. He is known for championing social value and has led large-scale training for school leaders, governors, and finance professionals nationwide. As part of ASAP, Nathan contributes deep procurement insight to support SEND solutions that are both impactful and financially sustainable.
