Problems are myriad and complex. But many solutions are in the sector already. ASAP focuses on driving practical change, supporting frontline professionals who live the SEND reality every day. We will proactively identify initiatives demonstrating, or showing potential to deliver, measurable improvements in outcomes, inclusion, and, crucially, cost-effectiveness.

By providing tailored support, empiric evaluation, and practical toolkits, ASAP will help initiatives scale rapidly and sustainably. With an unashamed focus on short to mid-terms solutions, ASAP’s targeted support can help great ideas from across the sector become widespread realities, buying much needed time in a system that is currently bleeding out.

ASAP values outcomes over ideology.
No single approach or constituency has all the answers to SEND challenges. Our emphasis is on evidence-informed practices, demonstrable outcomes, and ethical, inclusive approaches. We welcome submissions from public, private, and third sectors. If, with our support, you can show that you can deliver cashable savings at no detriment to provision within 12-18 months, we need to talk.
Solutions and suggestions are welcomed from all ages, stages, and phases. Whether you’re a small rural nursery, a cash-strapped local authority, an inner-city maintained school, or a system leading MAT, ASAP is agnostic. All you need to do is demonstrate the promise of your plan and match our commitment and energy to take it forward. Agnostic autonomy means being open to provider type and methodology. Our focus is solely on effectiveness and impact.
